Therefore, we cannot receive the order from below countries until EMS resume the operation of airfreight service. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and your consideration is much appreciated.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
However, if the reason for the return originates with the buyer (ordering the wrong item, product is unsatisfactory, the package cannot be cleared through customs, etc.), the cost of the return-shipping fee is added.

When shipping internationally, Febico is not responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties. Any charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to customs policies vary widely from country to country, we cannot control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause the delay of shipping.
Please note that some countries may restrict the import of supplement depending on their policies, such as Brazil, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Middle East countries. Therefore, please contact the customs in advance to ensure safe shipping and check your local customs policy for more information before you place the order. If the package cannot be cleared through customs, the cost of the return-shipping fee is added.

Since 1st Jul 2021, the products that have a declared value that is equal, or below, EUR 22, are require subject to EU import VAT. Please note that all displayed prices in our store are exclude VAT/Tax. Any international import duties or customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to confirm these additional costs before placing an order with us. If the package cannot be cleared through customs, the cost of the return-shipping fee will not be refunded.
