Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, refunds may be processed more quickly.

If the return is due to the buyer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, dissatisfaction with the product, failure to complete customs clearance, or refusal to accept the package, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any related fees. Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any related charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Custom & Tax Policy

United States Orders:

For orders shipped to the United States, an import charge is collected at checkout to help cover import duties, tariffs, and customs-related carrier fees that may be billed to FEBICO when the shipment enters the U.S.

This charge is separate from state sales tax. For U.S. shipments where import charges are billed to FEBICO by the carrier, FEBICO pays these charges directly. Customers should generally not be charged again by the carrier for the same import duties.

If you receive a request from the carrier to pay additional import duties or customs charges upon delivery, please contact us before making payment.

Other International Orders: 

For orders shipped outside the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, import fees, customs clearance charges, and other related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies and import regulations vary by country. We cannot control or predict these charges, and customs clearance may cause delivery delays.

Some countries may restrict or prohibit the import of dietary supplements depending on local regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

If a package cannot be cleared through customs, is refused by the recipient, or is returned due to the buyer’s reason, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and related fees.

European Union VAT Notice

All prices displayed on our store exclude VAT, taxes, customs duties, and import fees.

For orders shipped to the European Union, VAT and/or other import charges may be collected upon delivery or during customs clearance, depending on local regulations.

Any VAT, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, or related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information before placing an order.
