Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, refunds may be processed more quickly.

If the return is due to the buyer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, dissatisfaction with the product, failure to complete customs clearance, or refusal to accept the package, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any related fees. Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any related charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Custom & Tax Policy

For international orders, FEBICO is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, import fees, customs clearance charges, or other related charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies and import regulations vary by country. We cannot control or predict these charges, and customs clearance may cause delivery delays.

Please note that some countries may restrict or prohibit the import of dietary supplements depending on local regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to make sure the product can be imported into your country.

If a package cannot be cleared through customs, is refused by the recipient, or is returned due to the buyer’s reason, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and related fees. Customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, customs clearance charges, and related charges are non-refundable.
